On April 26th, 2025, in the 5th round of the NFL Draft, with the 144th pick, the Cleveland Browns selected what would be their 5th Quarterback to join the roster. The world reveled in what the Browns organization was planning to do with one of the most crowded QB rooms of average or below talent in league history. All five options have a few pros and many, many cons, and it’s anyone’s guess as to who will take the starting job. For the average fan, the competition is all in good fun. But for the Browns, the choice made here could alter the franchise forever. They’re looking to make a deep longing connection with one of these eligible QBs in the hopes that one of them will end the sad streak of Quarterbacks to come and go since Tim Couch started the trend in 1999. Who will be the one that captures the heart of northern Ohio?
